A NOTE FROM PAYPAL ABOUT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
The Buyer Complaint Policy only applies to payments for tangible, physical goods which can be shipped, and excludes all other payments, including but not limited to payments for intangibles, for services or for licenses and other access to digital content. In addition, items prohibited in the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy are ineligible for coverage. PayPal’s Buyer Complaint Policy is our best efforts program. This program reimburses users for losses only to the extent we are able to recover the funds from sellers. For this reason, Lightroom Presets we won’t offer refunds. All sales are final. You are invited not to open claims with Paypal as they will be automatically escalated to a dispute and no refund will be granted as per policy.

REFUND
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and deliverables can be duplicated. Once a purchase has been made, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies/deliverables (such as preset files, video links and similar). Therefore, Lightroom presets does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. No refunds will be given, no exemptions.
BACKUP AND DIGITAL FILE LOSS
If your hard drive crashes or you’ve deleted your presets we can help. All you will have to do is providing us with the Paypal transaction number and we will issue one or more download links for you. There is a $5.00 charge for this service and we are not able to waive this fee under any circumstances since the problem was not cause by Us.
